I personally use mostly Paint Tool Sai, but I also sometimes use OpenCanvas! OpenCanvas probably wouldn’t be a very good alternative to Sai because there aren’t nearly as many features, though. If you’re looking for a free alternative to Photoshop, I know a lot of people who use Gimp, though I’ve never used it myself.
I will use this opportunity to clear something up: I don’t draw everything here! I’ve gotten a few asks to this effect, and I just want to make sure everyone understands that all of these posts are posted/reblogged from a wide variety of artists, sometimes including myself. I make a point to always include a source and/or preserve the artist’s comments so that they get the recognition they deserve.
Also let me make a quick announcement: I’ve been in the process of a big move, and I’m going to be without regular internet access for a little while. I’ll try to keep stuff in the queue when I can, but if posting has been and continues to be spotty, that’s why! Thank you so much for your patience and support, you’re all wonderful. <3
